Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports as young as 14. She studied boxing, kickboxing as well as wrestling, before making her debut appearance as an amateur at WCFC before Jaimee Nievera. Ladd was able to continue building upon her victory in Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won 3 consecutive bouts. She defeated all her competitors in the initial round. After that, she went back to WCFC in which she beat Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia Babaeghian Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia defeated Aspen in a unanimous vote. The loss put a mark on the record of Ladd's amateur. Ladd rebounded from the loss to beat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-1. Aspen made her pro debut in the year 2015, when she signed with Invicta FC. Invicta eleven saw Aspen take on Ana Carolina Vidal to score an KO early in the round. Invicta Fighting Championships 16: She took her next bout in the fight against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission via armbar. Aspen used her wrestling expertise to knock out McGill with a TKO during the third round (elbows & punches). The next fight was against Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) as Ladd was unable to reach the weight limit. Aspen dominated Hoy and finished her in the second round via TKO. Her final fight with this promotion, Ladd defeated Sijara Eubanks via an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She defeated Lina with a pound and grind to her before prevailing by TKO in second round. In her next fight, she overcame Tonya Evinger with a more stunning victory. Ladd was able to defeat Evinger in the very first round and was awarded a prize for her performance on the evening. The first big fight she fought in was with her next bout at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos in which she faced. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. The victory of Ladd was a unanimous decision, and the Fight of the Night award went to each fighter. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie was able to finish the fight in just 16 seconds and end Ladd and her streak. After a break of a few seconds, she returned to finish Yana Kunizkaya in UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. In a recent replacement match in the UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. The decision was made unanimously in her favor.
